about

In early 2010, Portland-native John C. Worsley composed 12 songs, "stars lost your name," each one written in a different state, traveling from west to east.

At the suggestion of his good friend and frequent collaborator Star St.Germain, he charted a "roadmap" of these songs consisting of their keys, tempos, time-signatures, cues, and track lengths, and passed that map to her.

In late 2010, Boston-native Star St.Germain released her 12 songs, "name your lost stars," each one written about a different state, traveling from east to west.

With the compositional roadmap of Worsley's, St.Germain wrote her songs so that they could be combined with his (never having heard his album).

These songs meet in the middle.

ALSO INCLUDED: 19-page special-edition PDF of the corresponding comicbook released at the Stumptown Comics Fest and Alternative Press Expo 2010. Illustrated by John C. Worsley and Star St.Germain.
